At Loved by Lovesac, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home comfort, which is why we offer a 60-day home trial on all Sactionals and Sacs. If you are not absolutely in love with your purchase, we provide a seamless return process to ensure your living space is exactly how you imagined it.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process within 60 days of delivery.

• 2.
  Pack with Care

  Place your items back into their original packaging; for compressed foam inserts, use our provided shrink-kit to safely secure the product for transport.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of each box being returned.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
